Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 29, 2025

Our Refund Policy ensures fairness while protecting our operations.

1. General Principles

  • Refunds are discretionary but processed fairly.

  • No refunds for partially used services unless specified.

  • Administrative fee of $25 may apply to cover processing.

  • Refunds via original method within 14-30 business days.

  • Proof of purchase required.

2. Membership Refunds

  • Monthly Memberships: Upon cancellation (30 days' notice), prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period (daily rate = monthly fee / 30 days × remaining days). No refund if notice not given.

  • 1-Year Commitments: Full refund within 15 days of signup if no usage; prorated thereafter minus used portion and fees. No refunds after 15 days, except for:

    • Medical incapacity (doctor's note required): Prorated refund for remaining term.

    • Relocation >50 miles (proof required): Prorated refund minus 30-day notice period.

    • Gym fault (e.g., permanent closure): Full prorated refund.

  • Add-Ons (e.g., Classes, Training): Unused sessions non-refundable/non-transferable except where specified; no-show/no-cancel = no refund (24-hour cancellation policy).

3. Other Refunds

  • Merchandise/Products: Unopened within 14 days for full refund; used items at discretion.

  • Events/Classes: Full refund if we cancel; 50% if you cancel <48 hours prior.

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable but transferable.

4. Exceptions and Disputes

  • Force majeure events: Case-by-case.

  • Disputes: Resolved per Terms of Service.

  • Changes: Posted with notice.
